Effect liner is great tool to decorate any (lightly absorbent) surface, even most fabrics; from interior accessories, to notebooks and even fabrics. The liner creates a 3D effect with a smooth finish on top (like a real pearl). Squeeze the bottle and keep the nib just above the surface to create the optimal 3D effect.

When applied on textile: wash the fabric without fabric softener before application. Washable at 40 °C.
