Exchange and Return Policy
We will refund the price, or exchange any product that does not match your order or is damaged.
If the item you receive does not match the style, colour or size you ordered, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange provided those conditions apply:
We make sure the products sent to you are in a brand new condition without any damages.
However, if you receive a product with a fault, provided you notify us when you discover the fault, have taken good care of the product and return it to us in clean condition, we will exchange or refund your purchase.
We will not consider conditions caused by normal wear and tear or a failure due to carelessness to be a fault.
Important: Handling, shipping and postage charges paid by the company will be deducted from the refund on any returned item other than a faulty product.
The customers using the website who are Minors (under the age of 18) agree not to register as users on http://latelierarts.com/ and agree as well not to perform transactions nor use the website except for viewing products.
We aim to ship your order the same day you order it, however, if this was not possible, we will do that before the end of the following working day.
We currently deliver products within the United Arab Emirates. The shipping cost differs depending on your location within the UAE and it will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart.
Once you place your order, we send you an email with all the details of the order. Please keep that email since you will need it to follow up with us on any issues related to your order or products.
We will deliver your order to the address you specify and will rely on the register of the courier or delivery agent we use as conclusive evidence of delivery.
You must take responsibility for providing an address that will enable delivery to be made within normal business hours.
We accept no liability for loss or damage of the products after the delivery has been made.
Our maximum liability to you is limited to the price of the product ordered and we do not accept any liability whatsoever for any consequential loss related to the sale of our products. We will meet our own costs for sending an exchanged item to you if we have made an error or we accept that the item is faulty but you must deliver any returned item to us at your cost and risk.
